What this is

Generator Compliance Assurance (gencom) — Assure a registered generator's ongoing compliance with its performance standards — the facility and its standards, the monitoring that watches them, observations and assessments, and the non-compliances and rectification plans that follow a breach. It is built from one component of the Renewable Generation Orchestration reference pack.

The domain, in one paragraph

A GeneratorFacility (technology, registered capacity, connection point) is bound by PerformanceStandards (clause reference, parameter, registered value, monitoring frequency). Each standard has MonitoringRequirements (method, data source, frequency, owner) that produce ComplianceObservations (measured value + assessment). Periodic ComplianceAssessments judge the facility compliant over a window. A breach raises a NonCompliance (materiality, notification-required), addressed by a RectificationPlan (root cause, actions, target date), all backed by ComplianceEvidence.

The demo scenario

The Northgate Solar Farm facility NBSF (solar, 180 MW, registered) with a reactive-power standard PS-S5251 (S5.2.5.1) and a ride-through standard PS-S52511 (S5.2.5.11). Quarterly SCADA monitoring MON-RP produced observation OBS-RP-Q3 (within requirement), and the Q3 assessment ASMT-Q3 is compliant. But the ride-through standard has an open non-compliance NC-RT-01 (high — the commissioning ride-through test tripped), with rectification plan RP-RT-01 (retune control + repeat) in progress.
